Booking Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Online Booking Confirmation & Deposit
When you book an appointment through our online booking system, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment and secure your preferred date and time.
Deposit Terms
The deposit is non-refundable in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment
- No-show appointments (failing to attend without notice)
- Late cancellation (cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment)
Please ensure you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Why We Require Deposits
This deposit reserves clinician time, clinic resources, and capacity for your treatment. When appointments are cancelled or missed with insufficient notice, we are unable to allocate that time to other patients who may be waiting for care.
What Happens to Your Deposit
If you attend your appointment
The deposit is deducted from your final invoice.
If you cancel with 24+ hours' notice
Your deposit may be eligible for rescheduling to a future appointment (please contact us to arrange this).
If you cancel within 24 hours or don't attend
The deposit is forfeited.
